General Conditions
Please read the conditions below. By clicking FINISH you agree to the conditions and register your device. You will receive a PDF that you must print and add to your faulty device.
1. Every repair must be registered in advance on the my.gtv.be website, with a clear error description. 2. Transport costs to GTV are for the customer. The repair is returned at the expense of GTV if the device is covered by a guarantee. Any working hours at the customer are executed in managed. 3. GTV cannot be held responsible for data loss or software installed by third parties. 4. The repair cannot be performed within the warranty conditions in case of oxidation or corrosion, accidental or intentional damage (including broken screens, visible or not), negligence, abnormal conditions of use, non-compliance with the manufacturer's instructions (regardless writtqsen or oral instructions), misuse, changes or damage by third parties. 5. Batteries are never covered by the warranty. 6. The repair price of the repair remains at the expense of the customer if the device does not fall within the warranty in accordance with the conditions established by the manufacturer. 7. The warranty cannot be invoked if the full price for the product has not been paid. 8. If a device does not fall within the warranty conditions, a quote with an estimation of the repair costs is automatically established. A repair less than 100 euros excluding VAT is carried out immediately and without a quote. The quote is subject to change and may change if other defects are found during the repair 9. If a price offer is refused, the customer can refrain from further services by GTV. In this case the research costs must be paid. The research costs amount to a minimum of 35 euros, this amount consists of a minimum of 20 euros research costs and 15 euros transport costs, these prices are excl. VAT. The customer can also choose to have the device destroyed, in this case the costs will be canceled. 10. Without a previous diagnosis of the device, no price can be given for a non-warranty repair. 11. If there is no response to the quote, the device will become the property of GTV 6 months after registration date on my.gtv.be. 12. GTV cannot be held responsible for a delay or for other problems with regard to the devices that are handled by the manufacturer's external repair service. 13. Every repair has a warranty of 2 months after the repair date, if it concerns the same error as before. 14 If the repair has not been registered by the customer, GTV will register it at the price of 25.00 excl. VAT per repair 15. If the customer chooses not to provide an error message, GTV will determine the error itself at the price of 25.00 euros excl. VAT. 16. If you don’t have a maintenance contract or support subscription, registering handsets will always be charged. The warranty in accordance with the manufacturer or any estimate only applies to the repair of the device.
